Custom tasks works using as backend an MDF object.
The first step it is to create an MDF object with the field desired to show in the «custom task».
The steps for Custom task creation should be:
- Creation of an MDF object
- Create a custom task in «Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Tasks«
- Add the custom task in a program
- Give permissions to the responsible and onbaordees (in case is involved).
Creation of an MDF object.
If the task is going to only show the task procedure and no information needs to be archived, then creating only one object is enough.
But, if you need a form. The you should create a second MDF object where all the answers will be recorded.
