SuccessFactors Latest People Profile PPX
SAP has started to roll out the new People Profile (Full Profile) with the 1H 2025 release since the strategy is to align user interfaces to other SAP products.
The new People Profile (PPX) is currently available as an opt-in, but it will be mandatory for all systems with release 1H 2026 (expected 17 May 2026).
The previous People Profile (PP3) will be deleted at this time and will no longer be available.
SAP rollout strategy
Release 1H 2025 (current version)
· Full Profile (PPX) as opt-in
Release 2H 2025 (14th of November 2025)
· Full Profile (PPX) as opt-out
· Activated automatically, but can be deactivated to continue using the previous People Profile
Release 1H 2026
· Full Profile (PPX) is activated for all systems
· The previous People Profile (PP3) will be deleted and can no longer be used
