Go to Admin Center > Manage Business Configuration.
Go to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles >Metadata Framework.
Go to Admin Center > Configure Business Rules > Activate Rule ONB2_CustomDataCollectionCheck.
Go to Admin Center > Configure Object Definitions.
