After the VLS is implemented, can I expect to track the assistance to a call?

Yes

If you set the option Automatically add to learning history as part of VLS Attendance Processing: to “Active”, then the system records a learning event for this class when the Proccess VLS Attendance automatic process executes. If you set it to “Inactive”, then the system does not automatically record a learning event for any users who attended the class, and the system does not use any other VLS Settings.

How is the assistance sent back to LMS ?

To get attendance for a virtual time slot in SAP SuccessFactors Learning for a Microsoft Teams meeting, the Process VLS Attendance APM makes a request to get a meeting participants report from Microsoft Teams.

All this works thank to a “automatic process” job, where the “VLS (Virtual Learning Service) attendance process” (Automatic Process) retrieves the attendance data from the virtual meeting room vendor (Ms Teams) and apply it to users’ training history.

How to set the automatic Process Job?

VLS classes are not getting the completion marked automatically for the users after running the “Proccess VLS Attendance” automatic process (APM).
