Data Retention Management Page Not Loading
When accessing to the “Data Retention Management” page the page is just loading and throw an error message:

Why?
The root cause of the performance issue is the excessive number of purge rules that have been configured. The system is overloaded.
Resolution
SAP recommends reviewing these rules and deleting any excessive purge rules that are no longer needed to avoid performance issues, and to make rule execution lighter.
Steps to be taken:
- Go to Data retention management page
- Click > More Actions > Delete from UI (This will help improve the performance of loading this page)
In case you are already experiencing the loading issue, open an incident directed to LOD-SF-PLT-DRM, providing written approval to delete the rules.
*Note the rules that will be deleted on this process are the ones not scheduled, that falls under ‘Save’ rule section.
