When trying to create a job requisition the following error arises:
Sorry, the requisition cannot be created. Creation of a job requisition for position 12000412 failed. Details: jobCode is not mapped to any of the existing families/roles. Contact your system administrator to rectify the configuration. with the index 0
This is an error in the creation of the content for the Job Profile Builder. Means that the Jobcode assigned to the position doesn’t have any “job Profile” neither Job Family
To solve it’s required to:
- Assign a Family job and Role
- Create a Job Profile Template
- Assign a Job Profile
- Active the Job Profile
Assign a Family and a Role to the JobCode
Go to “manage Job Profile Content” and
Once this is done, you can create a Job Profile for the position that has that JobCode.
Creating a Job Profile
Go to “Manage Job Profile” and create a new Job Profile.
Assigning a Template to the Role
Go to “Job Profile Templates” and create a template. This will be assigned to a Role.
Activating the Job Profile
Go to “Manage Job Profile” and ensure the Job Profile is active.
Now you are done!
