Issue: The user is not able to edit/view record in the MDF object
The user is no able to export MDF objects any more.
No permissions have been modified.
👉Solution: With the last release May 2025 we found that a new permission is required to access to MDF objects, even if the object is not secured.
The permission to provide is:
🛎️What is a secured object?
The objects access is manages through the section “Secutiry” that you may find at the bottom of each object in “manage object definition”.
For example the screenshot below is for a “secured” object. This means that only those users with the view/edit permission will be able to view/edit.
Instead, below you will see an example of a non secured object. This means that all the employees with the permission “access to non-secured object” will be able to view/edit/export/import.
🚀 Once you secured an object, it’s mandatory to provide the permissions through a permission role.
