Additionally you can’t find the fields «Internal Job Description» «External Job Description».
Answer: The «job profile builder» is implemented. From now on you sill find those fileds in the «Job Profile».
A button «View Job Profile» was enabled in the Job Requisition. From there you may update the Internal/External Job description fields
