Instance Refresh
You can manage your envirionments like PROD DEV and TEST using the Instance Management tool.
With the transaction, it is possible to schedule a copy of the Production environment to DEV and TEST
- Copy Configuration: to navigate to Configuration Transport Center for specific configuration transfers.
- Full Copy: to perform a complete instance refresh using the Instance Refresh tool.
Once Everything is submitted the confirmation message:
Your refresh request has been successfully submitted. We’re validating the request. On successful validation, the request will be scheduled on Thu Aug 14 2025 02:00:00 GMT+0200 (Central European Summer Time). You can check the status of this refresh on the “Overview” page. If the validation fails, the status of the refresh request changes to Validation Failed and the target instance remains in the original state. The question mark icon (?) against the status provides details and next steps.
We are performing background validations to ensure smooth execution of the refresh on < your_environment>. Please click the information icon again after 10 minutes to know status and the next action steps. You will also receive an email notification after the validation is complete.
Does the career site builder updated when an instance refresh is done?
No, the CSB will not be updated.
