No work schedule is assigned to job information for user – error when creating LOA

When creating a LOA the following error appears:

No work schedule is assigned to job information for user …..

The cause is that the option ” “Enable Time Off for Leave of Absence Only” is unchecked in Provisioning and in “Employee Central Settings”.
