🔷 PST files is a Microsoft property extension file.
It’s the file where Microsoft Outlook storage all the data, like emails, calendar events, contacts, etc.
🧠When Is a .pst
File Used?
- When you’re using Outlook with POP3 accounts
- When archiving old emails (manual or auto-archive)
- When exporting Outlook data via:
File > Open & Export > Import/Export > Export to a file
