The Performance forms has no Skills

The issue is that there is that there is no Rol associated to the Job Code

Solution:

Go to: Manage Job Profile Contents Import/Export

import Role-Job Codes

transaction: Delete Form

And delete the form for the users with the issue.

transaction: Launch Forms

One more time
