Upgrade to SAP Best Practices Employee Central Time Off Workflow Notification Setup

When upgrading “SAP Best Practices Time Tracking Setup” and SAP Best Practices Employee Central Time Sheet Setup” the following error appears.

” Upgrade Now – Failed”

CAUSE

For Time Sheet

Exception Occured while executing the class, BestPracticesImportGenericObjectCSV , Exception:BPMsg: Some of the records failed to be imported for TimeManagementConfiguration
Error: For entity [External Code : TIME_CONFIGURATION ] encountered error – 1. “Leave of Absence” is currently activated for Time Off. A recalculation is not possible when “Leave of Absence” is activated.

The reason for this error is that the provisioning switch ‘Enable Time Off for Leave of Absence Only’ appears to be enabled. Please unselect this provisioning switch and re-run the upgrade

For time tracking:

Exception Occured while executing the class, BestPracticesImportGenericObjectCSV , Exception:BPMsg: Some of the records failed to be imported for TimeTypeGroup
Error: For entity [External Code : XX_TOOLATEMONTH ] encountered error – 1. You can’t configure this time type group as a time collector because the recalculation feature is not active.

Please ensure that you have set the recalculation flag to Yes in Time management Configuration MDF object  to Yes and Always, as shown in attached screenshot. Then re-run the upgrade.
