Every quarter, SuccessFactors patches a new system release and new system functionalities with it.
These functionalities may be Opt-in, which the client may choose if they want it or not, or they may be Universal, which are the sort of functionalities that will me automatically available/enabled to all our BizX users.
Clients are usually notified about these functionalities a few weeks before the next release date.
